Sunday 30 January

Good afternoon.

Please find attached this week’s bulletin.

As you will be aware the government has removed the need for mandatory masks inside. At the last Benefice Council, we decided that we will continue to use masks for the moment. I know that some are desperate to have a ‘mask burning’ exercise, however the wearing of masks also helps others to feel safer in their worship and attendance at church. We will review this policy at our next meeting in March.

For the moment we also continue to administer Communion in One kind only, bread. However, from 13 February we plan to commence using small glasses, similar to those used by our Methodist friends and that will mean that we can all share in bread and wine. So, watch this space for details about that change!

Our worship on Sunday 30 January is a joint service of Holy Communion with our Methodist friends in Kingweston at 10:30am, and we look forward to seeing you there

Best wishes

Jane
