3 lightweight expedition tents for the group forthcoming expedition, where bad weather is likely to be experienced. The group will now have tents that are waterproof and undamaged and will make a massive difference to our young people as they rest after a long day on expedition to achieve their Duke of Edinburgh Awards.

The parish council of Keinton have also been very generous in financially supporting this scheme for the young people of our area taking part in the challenges the scheme brings.

My grateful thanks to all who support us in this worthy enterprise, and we look forward to seeing pictures of the expedition and hearing about their adventures at our church services and meetings sometime in the future.’
