Notice of Annual church Meeting for the purpose of Electing/Re-electing three Churchwardens to be held in Keinton Mandeville Church on Sunday 7th April 2019 at 5.30pm following the service of Evening Prayer.

Any person whose name is entered on the Church Electoral Roll of the Parish and all persons resident in the Parish whose names are entered on a register of local government are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.


Following the above meeting, the Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held at the same venue starting at 5.40pm to elect:

Two Deanery Synod representatives

Six Parochial Church Council (PCC) members

Sides persons and Independent Examiner

There will then follow reports on:

The new Electoral Roll

Proceedings of the PCC

Financial Statement for the year ending 31st Dec 2018

The fabric of the church and its contents

Proceedings of the Deanery Synod

Mothers Union

Any other matters of Church interest.

Attendance at this latter meeting is limited to persons whose names are entered on the Church Electoral Roll of the parish.

Benefice Church Walk around the four Benefice Churches, ending at Keinton Mandeville  – 19 May 2019

Castle Cary Singes in concert – All Saints Kingweston  – 7th June 2019

The Benefice Choir sings in the Bishop’s Palace Chapel, Wells Cathedral –  9th June 2019

Open Gardens in Keinton Mandeville followed by Praise Service at St Mary Magdalene – 16 June 2019
