Welcome to the mailing for the last Sunday in August.

On Saturday 28 August the choir are singing at the Bath and West from 10:30-11:00am, if you’re thinking of going, please do support them. Their name is Wheathill Benefice Keinton Mandeville Choir because one PCC had to sponsor them for insurance purposes; they are the Benefice Choir.

On Sunday our worship is at 10:30am in Barton St David, for Holy Communion.

Have you booked for the Harvest Lunch yet?  There is a booking form in the back of the Parish Magazine which is coming out now.

Thank you and best wishes

Sunday 8 August

Good afternoon

Please find attached this week’s bulletin.

Worship on Sunday is 10:30am Holy Communion in Lydford, we’re going to be inside.

It will be followed by a BBQ in the churchyard (with Marquee if it is wet) to which all are welcome, if you have not let Jennie Cooper know that you’re coming it would be helpful to do so, but not essential!

I’ve also re-attached the guidelines for our worship at the moment and the Bible Book Club notes for next month when we’re going to read the Gospel of Luke; we meet on 15 September at 7:30pm.

Thank you all,

Best wishes
