Sunday 11 September

Good afternoon

I’ve attached the bulletin for this week.

This Sunday we have the 4 Church Walk, so our worship is 8:30 Holy Communion in Lydford on Fosse and 3:30pm Songs of Praise outside at Barton St David. If you are able to, please bring a chair with you for the Songs of Praise, there will be tea/coffee & cake prior to the service from 2:30pm. We hope that many will walk the 8 miles (or a part of the route) and please start from Barton at 10:30 to obtain the map. There is also a quiz along the way, and a challenge for younger members as well, so all are welcome!

Next week we have Bible Book Club on Wednesday evening in Lydford Church Chancel

Morning Prayer continues on Monday in Keinton and Thursday in Lydford, which is also on Zoom

Diana Barsham, a reader in this diocese, has written a book on Mary Magdalene. If you are interested in her and some of the extra-Biblical writing about her, then there is a book launch in Wells on 20 October and the details are attached.

Best wishes
