Barton St David Plant Sale 16 May
As we begin to get ready for our Barton St David plant sale fundraiser in May, we’re hoping some of you might be willing to help by growing plants to donate.
If you enjoy starting plants from seed, dividing perennials, or potting up extras from your garden, your contributions would make a huge difference. All proceeds from the sale go toward supporting Barton church and every plant—big or small—helps!
If you’re interested or have questions about what to grow, please email [click on the email link] Jo Oubridge at wheathillbenefice@gmail.com or call 07731 862797
Barton St David Potato Growing Competition
This Sunday [15/3] we’re launching a Potato growing competition in Barton St David [similar to the one Lydford Gardening Club are doing!]
For a donation you will receive a bucket and potato to plant, further details will come next week, but please do join in and grow [maybe you can try both the gardening club potatoes and Barton potatoes and see which thrives better!]
