Holiday Club preparation meeting on 5 August ,1930 in the Methodist Community Room – if you are available to help, please let Jane (or Leanne) know. Holiday Club is 19-21 August.

Looking ahead to the Autumn – have you wondered about helping out with reading or prayers, or setting up church?

We need some more volunteers to help read, lead us in prayer and set up the churches. We will hold three evenings to think about what is involved in each of these. If you already pray/read or set up please feel free to come along as well, both to help us all think together and so we can talk about what we do.

The evenings are:-

4 September – Reading in Church: Keinton Mandeville

25 September – Leading Prayers: Lydford on Fosse

1 October – Setting up and welcoming: Barton St David

We will then start our series on the Nicene Creed on 16 October at the Rectory.

Sunday 14 September: Visit from Brother Hugh, a Franciscan from the Hilfield Community in Dorset, who will be speaking on behalf of A Rocha, the organisation that runs Eco church, and our response to the Environment.

Sunday 5 October – Harvest Service 1100 St Mary Magdalene, followed by Harvest Lunch Keinton Village Hall. All welcome.
